Why Your Company Needs a Registered Agent
by
Arieh M. Flemenbaum
If you serve as your own registered agent, you may save some money, but you put your business at risk! When you or your accountant register your business, some of the legal issues are ignored, particularly the need for an independent, professional registered agent. With a law firm serving as the registered agent for your company, you will have the peace of mind that you will receive timely and prompt notice, advice and possible solutions to the legal issues and risks that your company faces.

How to Keep Wrinkles Away With an Effective Wrinkle Shield Cream
by
Joan Gosselin
The average so-called wrinkle shield is not going to do anything at all to prevent the formation of wrinkles on your skin. This is because the majority of the cosmetics companies fail to use the ingredients you need when developing their anti aging skin care formulas. It is a shame, but you can expect very little from the crop of wrinkle reducing formulas currently being made available to you.

This program is indirectly teaching some very important and positive lessons. Powers of empathy are aroused with the expenditure of positive energy supporting a favorite celebrity. The Strictly Come Dancing audience gasped and the judges looked shell shocked when John Sargeant and his partner Kristina Rihanoff went through to the next round. The actor Christopher Palmer even got to the final and week after week the voting public kept Fiona Phillips of GMTV in the previous series.

Autumn 2009 sees the start of the new series of Strictly Come Dancing on British television, but could, or should, this series be the last..? In 6 years the show has been a phenomenal success, breeding the equally successful Dancing With The Stars in the USA and other countries too. It is a mixture of live tension, and showbiz, making it a show suitable for all the family. Throw in the public getting to vote for their favourites, and you have a winning formula.

Compound Attacks
by
JT Van V
From a tactical point of view, I can't think of anything that will take your boxing to the next level more than implementing and launching compound attacks. The classic scenario is you go to your opponent with a set of punches and head movement, and he knows that after you have launched your attack he can make his move or take a break for about 5-10 seconds while you reset. However, when you set up a second immediate attack (within 1 or 2 seconds) there is an element of surprise and sustained pressure which separates you from 90% of fighters...

Indian Football Federation Humiliates FIFA
by
Mohen Naorem
In a dirty game policy of the All Indian Football Federation, the recently concluded Santosh Trophy in the country openly challenges the FIFA code of conduct. The issue today farces the wrath and nation wide agitation against the organisers of the game. Earlier they are unaware of the consequences, but football lovers and innocent players strongly reacted to the game. It might turn out to be a political tussle among the concerned Indian states, affecting India in global sports too. The 17th November 2005 is the black Thursday in Manipur, where the quarterfinal match between Goa and Manipur played.

As the case against The Pirate Bay drags through the Swedish courts, we are reminded of similar actions against allofmp3.com a couple of years ago. Although the business models of both sites were polls apart, alleged copyright infringement was/is cited against both sites, which offer low cost / free access to mp3 downloads. Allofmp3 offered low cost downloads under an interpretation of Russian law, The Pirate Bay is essentially a search engine for downloaders to locate files on other user's computers. The music industry is 'outraged', and using it's full force to close down these sites. But why has this situation come about, and can the music industry regain control?

Before the Golden Age of Piracy, there existed the pirate flag - an all encompassing symbol of a pirate. Pirates would be known by their standard and thus many chose special symbols for themselves, each with their own meaning.

The Pirates of Tarutao
by
Hamish Thoburn
Nowadays the islands off Southern Thailand are stunning tourist havens with thousands of sun kissed bodies sprawled across the beaches covered in litres of coconut scented sun cream. The islands, apparently preserved as National Park, lie in the province of Satun and have a capital Ko Lipe, which has been tactfully omitted from park status, allowing cabanas and chalets to spring up on beaches with alluring names like "sunrise" and "sunset".
