Robert George "Bob" Uecker was born on January, 26, 1935 and made a name for himself as a Major League Baseball player and then moved on to become one of the most well known sportscaster, actor, and comedian. He was even given the title of "Mr. Baseball" by the one and only Johnny Carson.

Some of the communities have a distinctive Caribbean, almost Bob Marley, flavor to them and their beaches range from black or brown sand to snow white in color, all fronting on the clear, azure tropical waters of the Atlantic. Today, visitors in flip-flops, shorts, and tee shirts can walk the same beaches where Columbus came ashore five centuries ago and named the place "Costa Rica."
