We all know that Buckingham Palace, London is the main residence of the British Monarch - presently Queen Elizabeth II. But did you know that it was originally called Buckingham House and built for the Duke of Buckingham three centuries ago. That building has changed much since with time and development ultimately seeing it become Buckingham Palace and a Royal residence.
