What is more worrisome, is that the risk reduction from illegal drug use to community health is not significant enough. Over these past years it has been so exciting and thrilling to visit Uganda and Kenya and to make one return visit to Canada. In Uganda, it was such a privilege to be teaching Pastors and Leaders in the cities but also out in the bush and the jungle areas north and south of the Equator. I never thought, as a boy, I would be travelling over the Equator every day. There have now been five visits to Kenya speaking in the slums and forest openings, and in central Nairobi too.
