Is Ed Miliband A Man Of Straw?
by
Peter E Jones
When their first parliamentary meeting happened in this year, Mr Cameron referred to Ed Miliband as the "nothing man", while Ed Miliband accused Dave Cameron of making "pathetic excuses". At another exchange Cameron stated the Labour had a shadow chancellor who can not count and a Leader who didn't count. Funny as these remarks are do they really add to the policital process.

Is Ed Miliband a Labour Prime Minister In Waiting?
by
Peter E Jones
Having beaten his brother David to the post, is Ed Miliband a Prime Minister in waiting, or will he just be kept waiting? In many ways he reminds me of Neil Kinnock. Perhaps he is there simply to hold the fort for a potential Prime Minister with charisma and gravitas to emerge as he clearly lacks these basic qualities.

Labour Leader Miliband Defines New Centre Ground In British Politics
by
Milton Johanides
Labour leader Ed Miliband today staked out the new centre ground for British politics. Pressed by Andrew Mar (The am show, BBC 1) on the extent to which his leadership represents a break from Blair´s New Labour, Miliband said "in 1992 there was one centre ground, in 2011 there is a new centre ground." Miliband implied that he speaks for the majority of a British public that is tired of repeated stories of corruption and malpractice at the highest levels in UK society. The interview follows an extraordinary week in press circles which culminated in the closing of a major British newspaper institution, The News of the World, amid allegations of phone hacking.

Ed Miliband Re Writes History
by
Peter E Jones
Ed Miliband has stated that the Labour Party of which he is the new leader after Gordon Brown should not take the blame for the substantial debt mountain that Great Britain currently has. I wonder who he thinks is to blame then?

Is Ed Miliband A Man Of Yesterday?
by
Peter E Jones
Ed Miliband the Labour party leader has said that "David Cameron is squeezing the living standards of ordinary families, he wants to make it easier to sack workers and he is letting the banks off the hook." He says this with out taking responsibility for the dreadfull mess left by the last Labour Government. Ed Miliband is not a man for today he is from the past!

Miliband And Cameron Open UK Moral Values Debate
by
Milton Johanides
The moral debate was begun in earnest today in the UK following last week's riots when both Prime Minister David Cameron and leader of the opposition Ed Miliband presented their respective cases for a more ethical society. Cameron demanded more discipline and harsher punishment as a solution, while Miliband called for better role models in the higher echelons. Miliband, interviewed on Channel Four News, implied there was a link between anti-social behaviour at grass roots and irresponsibility in boardrooms.

Ed Miliband Wants To Work With The Liberal Democrats
by
Peter E Jones
The Labour party failed to secure a working coalition with the Liberal Democrats but many doubt that they really tried. It is very doubtful if a coalition would have worked for for two main reasons. The first one is that the two parties if combined did not enjoy a working majority. The second one is that as a pre condition for a coalition the Labour leader Gordon Brown would have had to resign.

Ed Miliband - His Leadership Dilemma
by
Martin Perry
The general public, right now, simply do not seem to know who Ed Miliband is. He has a major identity crisis on his hands. It's not that he isn't trying. But right now Ed can't connect with his audience. He comes across as bright and genuine. But the general public do not know who Ed Miliband really is and what he stands for.

What Does Lord Prescott Think Of Ed Miliband?
by
Peter E Jones
What does John Prescott think of Gordon Brown,Tony Blair or the new leader of the Labour Party Ed Miliband. John Prescott disliked the ruling elite but has accepted a peerage. Always for the 'workers' in his Union but he had the use of a grace and favour home courtesy of the Union. Always for the 'people' yet he paid his council tax with public money and got caught. A 'man of the people' who drove around in two Jaguars!

Miliband Settles Labour In New Centre Ground of British Politics
by
Milton Johanides
With the Prime Minister out of the country, Labour leader Ed Miliband took the initiative once more to press further his calls for a more reponsible society. Responsibility, he claimed, was required at the top of the tree just as much as at the bottom, just as much in the boardrooms of power as in the benefits office. He drew the connexion between those in power behaving responsibly and the behaviour of those on benefits. We cannot expect the youth who is living on benefits to be honest if he sees bankers and executives getting away with as much as they can. The speech signalled again that Labour have found a new stomping ground in the wake of the phone-hacking scandal outbreak, a move that is becoming increasingly popular among the electorate.
