Are American Twins - Majority Rule and Public Opinion, Sometimes Just a Couple of Dumbbells?
by
Michael Bresciani
According to the Bible one day the world will return to a monarchy. After the return of the Lord Jesus Christ the world will be ruled by Him for one thousand years before eternity begins and even then He will rule. So how good is majority rule for now, can it compare to what is next.

Richard's Isolation Intensifies As He Suffers Betrayal and Treachery in the Communist Party
by
Arthur Smith
Richard continues to face disruptions in his life, moving apartments, his mother's recurring paralysis, continually changing jobs, working again as a street sweeper and ditch digger, and hired to supervise a youth club to counter juvenile delinquency among blacks on the Southside. His attending the first American Writers' Congress in New York where he spoke on "The Isolation of the Negro Writer" started his climb to the helm of writers organisations worldwide and reading most American and European literary giants.

by
James Finch
How high will uranium reach during 2007? After a near doubling in 2006, financial analysts are projecting between US$90 and $100 per pound for yellowcake, which fuels the world's 440 nuclear power plants. Is there room left for price appreciation or is it time for investors to exit?

My Favorite Top 10 Comedy Songs
by
Paul Venier
Since music is my background and has been since the age of 9 and that I have been a comedian since 1980, I felt it only fitting that I do a Top 10 list of my favorite comedy songs. There have been so many novelty songs on the charts and in movies over the years and I hope I can remember all the ones that I have enjoyed and I will do my best. If I forget any of yours, let me know I and will update my list. I will just go through most of them and then put them in my list. With all that being said, here we go:

Portfolio Risk Management - It's More Than Just Asset Allocation
by
Shafi Saiyed Ph.D.
Every financial literature and tutorial has drilled into our brains that asset allocation is one of the basic fundamental tenets of portfolio management. Financial publications, peer-reviewed literature, and books have observed that asset allocation is the significant contributor to the total return. This contribution factor varies anywhere from 50% to 95% depending upon how the data is analyzed with reference to timescale, markets and asset coverage, dividends, inflation, and what not parameters.

Does the Fifth Amendment Preclude Providing Your Password?
by
Darren Chaker
When confronted with this issue, courts have analogized electronic storage devices to closed containers, and have reasoned that accessing the information stored within an electronic storage device is akin to opening a closed container. Because individuals generally retain a reasonable expectation of privacy in the contents of closed containers, see United States v. Ross, 456 U.S. 798, 822-23 (1982), they also generally retain a reasonable expectation of privacy in data held within electronic storage devices.

July 4th, the Declaration of Independence and You
by
Diana Rankin
July 4th, 1776, 56 brave men from 13 colonies signed a document written by Thomas Jefferson. In doing so, they committed treason against the Crown of England, put their estates - and their lives - on the line. And they helped create what would become the United States of America.
