My Favorite Government Handout
by
Morgan McFinn
This essay addresses the current political/economic crisis in the U.S.A. The author has lived abroad for 20 years during which time he has come to appreciate and respect where he came from more than where he has been. All the best to the U.S. of A.

Unforgettable Moments From The Age of Self-Discovery
by
Elaine Sihera
Thinking back, Staging Post 1 in my life was very memorable but detached, as though it happened to another person. I remember being most introverted and shy then, yet desperately trying to be bold.

"Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End" Continues the Saga in Excellent Fashion, Savvy Mate?
by
Ed Bagley
What a relief! Like many of my fellow reviewers, I held my breath after "Dead Man's Chest" hoping installment three "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" would not be left in the chest with Davy Jones' disgusting, slimy beating heart. Three could have gone in the dumper with the average performance of Priates two, but thankfully "At World's End" gets an excellent rating like the first Pirates' presentation "The Curse of the Black Pearl".

by
Debra Corbeil
As we age people like to take stock in what they have done in their lives. People start to think about what they have accomplished, what they have seen and what they still want to do. This causes many of us to make a wish list, or as Morgan Freeman called it in his movie with Jack Nicholson; The Bucket List. There are so many exciting activities that can be done in the South American country of Peru.

Is Obama the Worst Keynesian Ever?
by
John E Haskell
By most accounts, Congress' 11th hour deal averted the "fiscal cliff," a combination of tax hikes and spending cuts that could have severely damaged the fragile economy. While many in Washington are heralding the deal, most outside of the Beltway are not so enthused with the recent deal. As the WSJ and Washington Post point out, the deal is being skewered by economists from nearly every economic school.
