by
Mitch Tublin
How are you exposed? What do your people do every single minute of every day which exposes you, your company, and potentially may harm others? Do you ever analyze this and with the results create the process, the training, and the procedures to prevent this from taking place?

Magnifico Mediterranean Costa Cruise Memories
by
Suzy Davis
We just returned from a fabulous cruise vacation to the Italian, Spanish and French Rivieras. Costa loves groups and I love Costa. This group of 68 was our sixth with them. Our mega-liner, the Concordia held 3780 passengers and 1100 crew. Of the dozens of different nationalities onboard, only 318 spoke English and yet surprisingly, I felt privileged to be in such a minority.

Nearer to God
by
Norma Holt
There is a time and a season for everyone, so the bible states. But we are pressured by events to figure it out when tragedy strikes. It's particularly hard when young children are taken in the early years of their life before we even get to know them. How then can we come to terms with tragedies like the massacre in Connecticut?

Repositioning Cruises to Europe in 2010
by
Sarah Forth
The seasons in South America are the opposite of those in North America, so by March, it's the beginning of fall there -- and almost spring in Europe. So most of the cruise ship that were in South America for the winter cross the Atlantic bound for the Mediterranean. Because it takes nearly a week to cross the Atlantic, these voyages are longer than most repositioning cruises.

There are many European cruises, to name a few are the European lines, the Costa Cruises, the MSC cruises and Swan Hellenic and the Norwegian Coastal Voyage. The European Lines is one of the most affordable than the American mainstream cruise lines. Their ships are steeped in history with ships that are decades old with small rooms.
