Bonnie And Clyde

Bonnie And Clyde
Bonnie and Clyde Retrospective
by
Nikali Starkovich
Movies like any art form change meaning based upon the experiences of the viewer. We can't hop in a time machine and travel back to 1967 to see Bonnie and Clyde through the eyes of those that were there at the time. We are prisoners of the moment; we can't but help to see it with the 40+ years of the cinema experiences and cultural changes that have happened since the movie's release.

Legends of America - Bonnie and Clyde
by
Auron Renius
Bonnie and Clyde were hardened criminals who went on a crime spree committing robberies, kidnapping and even murder. Despite this, by the time they were shot down by authorities the general public had romanticised their story and they had become legends of America.

Recipe For Bonnie And Clyde's Yellow Layer Cake With Browned Butter Frosting
by
Rachael Rizzo
"Bonnie and Clyde"....at the age of fourteen I first watched it. It impacted me far beyond any other movie I had ever seen before. It was about two criminals hiding from the law while robbing banks who meet a fatal end. While both Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway were incredible, it was the movie itself which made me look at people and violence in a whole different way.

Video Surveillance Equipment Bonnie and Clyde Would Have Loved To Hate
by
Nahshon Roberts
The saga of Bonnie and Clyde remains to this day one of the most popular in American criminal history. The two rose to notoriety in the 1930s and died together in the May 23, 1935 ambush staged by the Texas posse in Gibsland, Louisana. If they were alive today, which of the video surveillance equipment would they love to hate?

Famous Outlaws - Bonnie and Clyde
by
Joseph Devine
Why would a robber be interesting to any decent person? Most of us would never dream of forcefully removing another person's hard-earned possessions. So what is the attraction in learning about people who have made a career doing just that?

Stained Glass and Clyde Barrow
by
Timothy McClure
One of America's most notorious outlaws started his incredibly violent criminal career in Depression-era Dallas, Texas. But before that, he made a short-lived effort to go straight, during which he was an employee in one of that city's several art glass companies.

Themed Chess Sets - Cops and Robbers
by
Steven Barnhart
Both sides of the law exist in this confrontation. Images of the law verses their arch enemies date back to early film and writings. It could be the Jesse James gang holding up trains on horseback, or Bonnie and Clyde making a getaway in their 1934 Ford Deluxe Sedan. It could also be kids playing in the street with sticks for guns and bicycles for their fast getaway. As long as we have laws, we will have those that operate outside the law.
