Idris Elba
Review: Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance
by
Jaskee Hickman
Moreau (Idris Elba) is on a mission to find a boy who is wanted by Satan (Ciaran Hinds) and his followers. Moreau and members of a secret church decide to recruit Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) in order to help them find the boy, because they know of the power that he possesses. They find Blaze hiding out in Eastern Europe trying to avoid contact with any other humans due to his condition that causes the Ghost Rider to come out and wreak havoc on any sinners in sight if he's unleashed.

In this film, a group of explorers are hired to go through space to find out if there is life outside of Earth. They're asked to perform this task in hopes of discovering the clues of mankind's creation. When they land on a planet that they believe they might be able to make contact, they discover that they might not be alone.

Blaze Of Not-So Glory - "Ghost Rider - Spirit of Vengeance" Is Superior to Its Predecessor
by
Paul Anthony Llossas
When plans were announced to make the Marvel Comics character "Ghost Rider" (created by Gary Freidrich, Mike Ploog and Roy Thomas) into a film, I was skeptical. When Nicholas Cage was announced to play Johnny Blaze, I became even more so. When the film was finally released in 2007, my skepticism was well justified.

The Losers Film Review
by
Andy P Griffiths
We have to make a confession - we'd never seen or heard of The Losers as a comic book and still haven't. So when The Losers film was released as an adaptation of the Vertigo comic book, we felt a tad guilty not knowing who the characters were or any of the story. But fear not as the film caters for those who have no idea who The Losers are as much as its fans.

Prometheus: My Interpretation Of The Metaphors
by
Oliver J R Cooper
One of the first things that I heard about this film was that it was a prequel to Alien. And after seeing the trailer I was expecting another film to do with the end of the world. I wasn't expecting too much and I went into the cinema with an open mind.

The British Are Coming! Well Actually They Are Already Here
by
Nick Strongbow
For many years Brits have been crossing the Atlantic to become Hollywood stars, the tradition goes right back to Charlie Chaplin and Stan Laurel, Bob Hope and Cary Grant huge stars who made it big in America. We are glad to report the tradition continues today, with some surprising roles being played by some of our best actors. Possibly the most notable British export on US TV at the moment is Hugh Laurie.

Jah Rastafari Is Jesus Christ - An Age Old Debate Gets Put on the Screen - A Review of One Love
by
Ras Zuke
Whether Jah Rastafari is or is not Jesus Christ is an age old debate in Caribbean and One Love is a movie that highlights the differences between Rastafari and Christianity in a modern day Jamaican Love story. One Love is the story of a very traditional girl played by Cherine Anderson and an aspiring rasta musician played by Kymani Marley. you definitely need to check One Love out if you want take a break from the "badman" Jamaican movies.

The Losers - These Characters Seem Pretty Cool, Why Are They Losers?
by
Adam Krause
When I hear of a title like The Losers, I naturally imagine a plot along the lines of a group of high school misfits who, after four years of bullying and oppression, finally decide to take a stand against the jocks and cheerleaders who ridiculed them during their adolescence. A plot that I don't think of, however, is an elite Special Forces team of beautiful, muscular CIA agents who, after being betrayed and left for dead by a corrupt member of the United States government, seek some justified vengeance by kicking a lot of ass and blowing all kinds of stuff up.

Did "The Losers" Win?
by
Shaz Ferouz
Looks like being a loser is a good thing these days. From reality TV shows to movies winning is so overrated.

"Takers" Film Review - Explosions, Guns and Stupid Hats
by
Paul S Dickson
High-class bank robbers, cigars, guns, women, explosions, cars, fights, helicopters, death, betrayal, and stupid hats. I don't think that they could have crammed many other crime/drama film cliches in if they tried. There are quite a few more but I don't think they're really worth mentioning, I don't want to spoil any surprises, you'll just have to watch it. Just don't try any of it at home.
